Today, D&A take another deep dive into a second round of commentary and criticism on a second sermon by my sister, Cassie, and her husband, Grant. Their propaganda was found on their church’s website and recorded March 26, 2019. Cassie went to Bible college, I did not. She gleefully accepts everything in the Bible (and then some), while I do not. We no longer keep in contact because I don’t want to associate with anyone who intentionally manipulates and exploits vulnerable people. Christians often talk in certainties, yet their beliefs are wholly based on faith and personal interpretation. So, to cope with the pain and frustration of that situation, I decided to find the humor in it and to hopefully point out some of the flawed logic & tactics religious people use to con (convert & control) others.
