“Neighbors vs Katt Williams (Ambient Sound)” intro by David Kato [This is a recording of our white senior citizen neighbors loudly listening to a stand-up bit called “Church & Atheists” on Katt Williams’ HBO special “Priceless Afterlife.” We have heard them loudly reading the Bible multiple times with their windows and door wide open for all to hear and have also observed them trying to convert another vulnerable elderly neighbor of ours on two separate occasions. However, despite their religious holier-than-thou facade, they have no problem acting the opposite. He prepped the clip to play his wife and says “This is fucked up,” to brace her for what Katt is about to say. She gasps and responds by saying “motherfucker” and drops the n-word, while he makes a remark about Katt doing it as a “revenge joke.” This is part of the deeply disturbing hypocrisy and prejudice I witnessed during my 18 years in the church and continue to witness on the outside.]
